A practicum study in User Experience at a stealth startup for Augmented Reality as part of my Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction. I am conducting 50+ moderated user tests for an innovative augmented reality system. Using Dovetail (Software) I am gaining insights into our users to drive innovation.
As the leader of the Tier 1 analyst team, I specialize in UX-focused data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, and Salesforce. I conduct user behavior studies and usability tests to identify UX improvements, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction by 13% in just four months through a key EMEA project. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reports that convert complex data into clear, actionable UX insights. My efforts have been focused on user navigation and usability
I successfully analyzed data from diverse systems to troubleshoot product issues and enhance functionality. Proficient in Excel, SQL, and various CRM tools, I effectively reduced customer case backlogs, thereby improving satisfaction and response times. I'm an ambitious individual whose transformative journey from a high school student with a 2.6 GPA to a three-time Class President and a participant in the prestigious President's Program of Excellence at my college highlights my resilience and commitment to growth. My entrepreneurial spirit has led me to exciting ventures, including enhancing Wolt's campus presence and advancing a novel NFC technology project to the semifinals of the Mass Challenge accelerator.
Currently, as I pursue a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at Reichman University, my focus is sharpening towards the fascinating world of User Experience (UX).My personal story is deeply intertwined with technology. It was the lifeline that connected me to my father, who was often away for work, bridging distances through Skype and Facetime. These experiences ignited my interest in how technology can bring people together, fostering connections despite physical separations. I am particularly intrigued by how UX design, combined with the capabilities of AI, AR, and VR, can create immersive and impactful user experiences.
